Dan Parker founded Parker & Associates in 1995 after spending over a decade in commercial real estate, with a conviction that retail tenants and landlords deserved better representation than what the large institutional brokerages were offering.

Over the past 30+ years, Dan has personally negotiated hundreds of retail lease transactions across Southern California, representing both national chains and independent operators. His client relationships span decades — many of the landlords and tenants he works with today are the same ones he started with in the 1990s.

Dan's expertise is rooted in Orange County's retail market, where he has an encyclopedic knowledge of shopping centers, ownership groups, and the municipal planning processes that affect retail development. He is known for his straightforward communication style and his ability to find creative solutions when deals hit obstacles.

Dan has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Noah Stegman joined Parker & Associates to focus on tenant representation, with a particular emphasis on restaurant and retail chain expansion across Southern California.

Noah brings a data-driven approach to site selection, combining traditional market knowledge with demographic analysis, traffic pattern research, and competitive mapping to identify locations that give his clients the best chance of success. He understands that for a restaurant or retailer, the difference between a good location and a great one often comes down to details that only show up when you know what to look for.

His work spans the full lifecycle of a retail lease — from initial market surveys and site tours through LOI negotiation, lease execution, and post-occupancy follow-up. Noah's clients include both established brands looking to expand their Southern California footprint and newer concepts entering the market for the first time.

Noah is also responsible for the firm's technology and marketing initiatives, ensuring Parker & Associates' listings and market data are accessible and up to date.

Braden Parker represents the next generation of Parker & Associates, bringing fresh perspective and energy to the firm's retail brokerage practice.

Braden focuses on identifying emerging retail opportunities and building relationships with both established and up-and-coming tenants across Southern California. He works closely with Dan and Noah on landlord and tenant representation engagements, contributing market research, property analysis, and client relationship management.

With a strong foundation in the fundamentals of commercial real estate — lease analysis, market positioning, and deal negotiation — Braden is developing deep expertise in the Southern California retail landscape that will serve the firm's clients for years to come.
